Pharmacy services at the Family Medicine Center are provided by two clinical pharmacists, Sara Wiedenfeld, Pharm.D. and Cindy Buys, Pharm.D. Both of our clinical pharmacists are Board-Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Specialists and have over 40 years of combined experience providing medication consultations and medication management services. Our pharmacists provide anticoagulation services, comprehensive medication reviews and Medicare Annual Wellness Visits as well as medication consultations for our physicians.
